Inked? - Regret It?

Some people who get tattooed can often regret their decision at a later date. What seemed like a good idea at the time can cause major problems in later life. For some people having a tattoo can be a constant reminder of a past rather forgotten, For others it can mean difficulty in securing employment or going for promotion.

To remove a tattoo your Indulgence technician will use a laser system to deliver a short pulsed beam which passes through the top layer of skin, where it is obsorbed by the tattoo ink. This in turn causes the ink to fragment and break down into tiny particles, which are gradually removed by the body's immune system. As the surrounding tissue is not damaged by the process it is safe to repeat the procedure several times, giving the body time to remove as much of the pigment as possible.

The Laser system will remove both professional and amateur (Indian Ink) tattoos. Depending on the tattoo size, complete removal may require 4-8 sessions for a professional tattoo while only 1-4 sessions for an amateur one.

There is a minor risk of hypopigmentation, where the treated area may appear lighter in colour than the surrounding skin tone. A consultation is required to assess each client before treatment commences.
